Recommended process lost and found items is as follows:

Lost items:

1. Escalate to your Divisional Convener
2. Divisional Convener advises all team reps within division (his peers, if necessary) and Webmaster for posting

Found items:

1. If umpire is still at the park, he should safely secure the item within the bunker box.
2. Escalate to your Divisional Convener
3. Divisional Convener to advise all team reps within division (and his peers, if necessary) and Webmaster for posting.
